That's pretty fun. Who says Canadian politics are boring? I'm not convinced the NDP are any less of a fat cat than the Liberals or Conservatives, though.
I'm with Robin, I don't think there are any true mice on the Canadian political scene right now but in my estimation Harper is the smallest cat so I guess that's a positive.
I have a hunch a lot of people in the US would say that Obama is a mouse and it's an argument that would be easy to make.
Yeah, a case could be made for Obama as the grassroots/internet, out-of-nowhere candidate.
Of course, a case could be made that he's one of the cats. He is, after all, a member in good standing of one of the 2 major political party institutions.
I'd interpret Obama as the black/white cat and McCain as the spotted cat. Ron Paul is the mouse trying to get our attention that both cats are bad for mice. But just like being thrown in jail, his message was largely ignored.
I've never heard of this Ron Paoul. Is he a Mexican. Any ways the American version of this story should have been about the mice electing snakes not cats. Cats are too loyal to their masters. (mine are/were) Snakes more or less just deceive everyone and then eat the mice. I'd never seen or heard that story before. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

By the way, it's "who's", not "whose".
Thanks. It's late and I'm half asleep :) Fixed.
Obviously, for me, Ron Paul is the little mouse at the end.
