One of my favorite preachers, Adrian Rogers, has gone home to be with the Lord after being diagnosed with cancer back in March. Rogers had previously pastored the Bellevue Baptist Church for 32 years, leading a congregation that surpassed 29,000. Pastor Rogers is survived by Joyce, his wife of 54 years, 4 children, 9 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild born the day before his death.
