It's all happening very quickly
And it's all because of this blog
And it's all because of this blog
Not me silly. Two of the best BBC Bloggers, Kirk & Joanna, are now engaged. Who would have predicted this a year ago? Might I point out that my blog 'knew' it all along? Yes, I might and I will. In a post entitled 'Alphabet Match-Maker', my blog predicted this couple's fate before they were even a couple. My blog is all-knowing (ignore the other 13 'matches')!

Um, no, silly...not on behalf of this blog:) I have to say that I, personally, worked very hard with Jo on this one! However, it has been a LONG time since she and I last communicated, and I am shocked by the news!! I'll have to go find that woman on facebook...
Whoa. Whoa. Easy. Ya'll are too quick to take credit. As far as I'm concerned the real matchmaking credit goes to yet another BBC blogger: Danielle Coutu-Shaw, who is responsible for the random re-meeting of Kirk over a year ago now in Brockville Ontario.
Although, Kayla was online one afternoon when I was lamenting over the ethics and virtues of flirting electronically with someone who lives half a continent away, and she said it was okay, so i kept on...she can be very convincing that girl Kayla.
And Matthew's matchmaking post is what planted the idea in Kirk's head shortly after he re-met me.
hee! hee!....Jo, you're cute!
Congratulations, Matthew.
JO! I have to tell you how happy I am for you here..because your blog is no longer! (which is sooooo sad). I am VERY happy for you. I had no idea!!!!!!
True that! I am the reason for the season.
Congratulations again, Josephine. <3
I would just like to say that when I suggested that Matt go ahead and do the matches i was secretly hoping Jo and I would be put together. We were and so I immediately proposed back then and was quickly shot down. So Kudos to you Matthew for listening to me and putting us together randomly. Kudos to Danielle Coutu Shaw for reintroducing me and Kudos to Zion Hill Camp the place where I got saved, accepted my call to full time ministry and met my wife to be. (4 years ago) I love that camp.
Kirk: 2007 - 2001 = Six years ago.
Everybody else: Thanks for your enthusiasm. It is heart-warming!
Maria, my blog is not gone forever, I am just waiting to get my laptop hooked up to wireless access in the house I am staying in.
