+Kirk---he' s hilarious and well rounded (he has several jobs)

-Dean---he cheated on his wife--as a wife, this is a big NO NO!

+1 Kirk- I agree with heather. I found him a little too corny when i 1st started watching GG, but his annoyingness has grown on me. Quite funny.

-1 Michel- I know he's pretty popular, but the accent gets on my nerves and I can only handle him in small doses.

I actually thought Dean was a decent guy for most of the time. Obviously he committed adultery later on, so I'm mostly referring to his personality prior to that.

This is easy. Kirk gets my positive vote mainly because of his movie making skills and secondly because he had the great intelligence of being named after a genius (Kirk Cameron)

I vote negatively for Dean because a dean represents an athority figure. Down with authority.

Kirk, I find your voting methods fascinating.

Current Totals
Kirk 3

Oh, I have my reasons.

Let's face it. Stars Hollow wouldn't be the same without Kirk. It would however, be the same without Michel, because Michel detests most people who live there and thinks they are imbiciles; he does not participate in community. He wouldn't be missed by anyone. Therefore hello Kirk, goodbye Michel.

Dean gets on my nerves too, but I think he's already pretty much off the show.

Wow. that sounded ungracious, snobby, and harsh of me. Sigh. Michel may be missed by Lorelei and Sookie, and he's not ALWAYS aloof....but it seems like he doesn't have many friendships with others. Which is sad.

+ Michel - I LOVE Michel!! I think he is so funny! My favourite episode with him was in Season 5 when he went to California and won a motorhome and got his teeth done by the same guy who does Nick Lachey! haha He's great!

- Dean - I do not enjoy Dean one bit. He's a cheater and manipulative and I detest him.

To think of even getting rid of Michel would be a crime! Many of you stood up for Paris' witty sarcasm, but where are you when Michel needs you? Therefore I vote +1 Michel. I really like Kirk, too, but Michel is irreplacable.

Now for Dean. I did really like him, and he was a great first boy for Rory. But the whole cheating on Lindsey when she was at home making a special pot roast?? No, no. Sorry, Dean: -1.

REVIEW FOR TONIGHT'S EPISODE

After a marathon board meeting, I finally got home after 9pm. But I had to watch the Sabres game first. So I didn't even watch Gilmore Girls until like 11:30!

I thought it was a great episode. Lots happened. As for minor characters, Liz was really good. Most of liked her ever. Kirk had a clever story idea, but the writers didn't really do a ton with it. Anna is still being a jerk imo.

LOVE TRIANGEL #1
I felt bad for Lucy. I guess it's good that I 'feel' something for Lucy since I've just seen her as 'in the way' so far. Glad they are putting some emotional attachment to her.

So who's to blame for this fiasco?

#3 Rory deserves some of the blame. She could have avoided this mess by not playing along with Marty, or by telling Lucy right away, or telling Logan sooner (that might have helped).

#2 Logan gets more of the blame than Rory in my book. Sure, all he did was 'tell the truth', but it really wasn't his truth to tell. He didn't really give Rory much time after his advice that she come clean. His time really did hurt Lucy.

#1 Most of the blame goes to Marty. It's too bad too! I really like Marty. I wish the new writers wouldn't have turned him into a partial jerk. Hopefully he can recover, but so far this season, not so good.

Love Triangle #2
Okay, so we saw that Luke and Chris would fight in last week's preview. We just didn't know how it would come about. Well, it seems like the writers never really figured that part out! They just look at each other and start fighting!

Lorelei definitely isn't committed to her marriage. She says she is. She probably even thinks she is. But her actions and her unthoughtful words speak louder than her 'happily married' words. Emily gave the right speech at the wrong time. She should have given that speech to Lorelei when she was getting mad a Luke late last season. I don't think the speech will work now.

Chris IS immature. He's trying to force the perfect marriage. He's acting out of fear. He pressured her to get married quick. He pressured her to move. He pressured her to have another kid. He pressured her to say vows at the party. Is he wrong to want these things? No, Lorelei really should compromise in this marriage. Nevertheless, it's clear that he's a scared man, hence the fight at the sight of Luke.

Obviously Chris had a good reason to fight Luke. He's jealous and afraid that Lorelei really loves Luke. But I'm not quite sure why Luke was so quick to fight Chris. Maybe he was just venting about the April situation. I wonder whether he decided to sue for custody.

As I said, very good episode. I look forward to next week!
