I struggled with a lot of Cage's rankings b/c he tends to make a lot of movies that are somewhere between average and good. I don't particularly care for his acting skills, so that broke the tie and placed most of his films in the average category.

I am a really huge fan of Nic Cage's for some unexplainable reason. I'm surprised you've even heard of "It Could Happen to You." It's one of my favorites. I also loved every other movie you listed, except Weather Man (which I did not have any interest in seeing and mom said it was horrible) and Matchstick Men.
