If it weren't for the resurrection, I doubt that I would have ever heard of Jesus of Nazareth. There were quite a few guys in that day making outrageous claims, but they all died. Some historians know their names, but the rest of us have to dig to identify them. Only 1 rose from the dead and rendered his claims noteworthy. Almost a couple thousand years removed and his fame is still spreading round the world today, April 16th, 2006.
