10 is a nice round number so I thought I'd make a nice rectangular chart to showcase my sleeping performance. At each 10 week interval I'll show a different aspect of my sleeping anti-pattern. For the first edition, notice that I get 'enough' sleep. Getting sleep isn't currently my problem. I am seldom tired (unlike at BBC where I was almost always tired).

its good that you re getting sleep! You should see me sleep pattern! Youd probably cry! I usually only get about 6 hours a night! uggg!!! I need to work on that! :)
yeah, that's what I was like in college. I guess it's an OK thing IF you don't keep passing out throughout the day...but alas, I did fall asleep in most of my 8am classes.

Coady- I'm afraid your ultra disciplined planned would prolly work. that's pry why i don't try it! I do know it would create 1 miserable week. I could force myself up at 5:30, but i wouldn't fall asleep at 11:30 for quite a while.
