Sleep Chart 6

Week 6 saw some slight improvement in wake-up time, but seems to have done so w/o adjusting the fall-asleep time. So I got 8 hours less sleep and did feel pretty tired at times. I taught for an hour and 20 minutes on Sunday night, but I was just going on adrenaline and passed out as soon as I got home.

The Good- I improved wake-up time. Last week I woke up AFTER noon 4 times! None this week. The Bad- This failed to impact my fall asleep time! The Ugly- I took a nap! Naps are bad for me.

This weeks healthy habit: Same as last week. I'll keep pluggin-away
