Comment #1: I had NO IDEA you had so many teens/children at your church!! That circle was HUGE!!!

Comment #2: That ping pong table was the COOLEST!!! I wouldn't imagine anyone would want to move it! Yikes!

Comment #3: Did you actually see that bear?? He's so pretty!

We invited 2 other churches to the famine, and our teens invited lots of friends. There were just over 90 teens, but I'm not sure how many were Hess Road teens/friends. Maybe if Katie reads this she'll let us know.

Yes, they had about 10 of those tables at that spot. Pretty cool.

Yes, Chengdu is the home of the great panda bears. We saw quite a few, but most of them were on tour!

Was the panda wild and free? or caged?

only 40 of the kids were from our church. I got a count of 93.. but we might have missed some kids who didn't get registered...

Thanks Katie

It was a Panda Zoo Sarah...we didn't venture out into the wild.

aw shucks... i thought it would be most amazing if it were a wild panda. Seeing anumals in the wild is better because it's by chance. Luck of the day... but a zoo can be fun too.
